Refund policy
Replacement Service Policy
You can require replacement service within seven days in following conditions:
1. The model or appearance of the product is found to be incorrect with you purchased;
2. The product cannot properly function under the instruction or the guidance of the technician or is malfunctioning due to non-artificial reasons without being used;
3. There are obvious manufacturing defects on product when the product is checked;
4. The product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects;
Replacement Service will not be provided:
1. The refund was requested beyond 7 days of purchase;
2. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are unable to provide;
3. The returned product is incomplete, or the product is artificially damaged, which affects the secondary sales;
4. The products are damaged by force majeure, including fire hazard, flood, lightning stroke, traffic accident and so on;
Repair Service Policy
You can request Repair Service:
1. Within one year from the date of purchase, the product is malfunctioning due to non-artificial reasons;
2. Damage not caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, installation or other human factors;
3. You need to provide a valid proof-of-purchase, receipt or order number;
Sylvonette reserves the right to refuse the repair service or charge for maintenance in following conditions:
1. The buyer is unable to provide legitimate receipt or invoice or the warranty card had already expired;
2. Damage caused by improper installation and incorrect use or operation not in accordance with the official instruction or manual;
3. Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider;
4. The products is damaged by force majeure, including fire hazard, flood, lightning stroke, traffic accident and so on;
